The food choices available are top-notch. Located in a charming area with plenty of restaurants and even a movie theater nearby. 🌟

The room was modern with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The location was relatively quiet for traveling around Hamburg, not far from the S Bahn and the Bus station as well as the river and a number of very beautiful parks. Moreover, the hotel was relatively close to Treppenviertel Blankenese...
Some of the staff were very unfriendly.

The place was exceptionally clean with free parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was decent sized and had central heating, a work desk, and a TV set.

Quality of staff was excellent and they all spoke some English, breakfast was varied and generous.
At the price charged I would expect facilities for making hot drinks in the rooms

Newly renovated clean bathroom. Good breakfast.
Very old-fashioned decoration in the hotel. Old bed, furnitures and carpet in the room. Room size is quite small. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even our room was non-smoking room. Limited parking space in the hotel. Expensive room price. No shampoo/soap holder in the shower cabin.

The noise was really unbearable in the room near the street and the traffic lights.

It was convenient It had free WiFi that works - as should all hotels nowadays. The restaurant was good.
TThere should be box of tissues in the room. The room should be equipped with a desk and chair for those who might have work to do.

Very well located, close to riverside parks, city buses, train - though hotel itself is on noisy main road. Friendly and attentive staff. Some nice old furniture (table, coffee table) in room. Good breakfast & pleasant dining room. Rooms very clean.
Hotel foyer (and its rooms) looks tired - stuck in 1978s-80s - and needs a facelift. This effects perceptions of value for money. No email, internet or office facilities available. Staff very good, helpful but a few more needed as front desk staff seemed expected to do other duties around hotel, leaving foyer often empty.Should have a dedicated, secure left-luggage area.

Comfortable, clean, nice staff who helped you carry luggages even when you didn't ask for help.
A little confusing at times because the people at the front desk won't really explain things to you and just gives you the keys to go to your room.
